MARIE-JOSÉE ROY, ing., M.Env.
As the founder of MJR Développement durable, Marie-Josée supports companies in their strategic approach to sustainable development according to the best practices in force, including B Corp, BNQ 21000 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations.
With more than 20 years of experience acquired in the areas of quality, production, environment, project management and the implementation of management systems, Marie-Josée is a dedicated and rigorous ally who is invested in the success of her customers. The approach is adapted to the needs and focused on results (and resources!) to makes it possible to achieve, or even exceed, the objectives set.
Trained as an engineer, Marie-Josée holds a master's degree in the environment. She is a lecturer in social responsibility issues at the MBA of the University of Sherbrooke, she is also one of the experts of Entrechefs PME and is a recognized expert for the Fonds Ecoleader.
Marie-Josée is a certified trainer (0054496) by the ‘Commission des partenaires du marché du travail du Québec’.

SOPHIE BEAUSÉJOUR
With a bachelor's degree in environmental studies at the University of Sherbrooke's ‘Center Universitaire de formation en environnement et développement durable (CUFE)’, Sophie is pursuing her master's degree in environmental management. She has already accompanied a municipality, companies and event organizations in their approach to sustainable development and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Corporate social responsibility, environmental law and climate change are particularly close to her heart.
ÉMILE DUCHESNE
Émile Duchesne has a bachelor's degree in administration with a specialization in finance and entrepreneurship. He is currently pursuing his studies for a master's degree in environment combining his business knowledge with his passion for the preservation of the environment. His multidisciplinary background gives him a unique perspective which allows him to approach environmental challenges from a strategic and entrepreneurial angle. Émile is determined to create a positive impact by integrating sustainable practices into the business world.
SARAH FLIBOTTE
As an enthusiast on the marine environment, Sarah holds a bachelor's degree in environmental studies from the University of Sherbrooke. Her experience with fisheries and Oceans Canada, ONBL and in university have enabled her to acquire solid skills in several areas such as the conservation of species at risk, the mitigation of pressures on natural environments, research in limnology and food security. Sarah is currently continuing her journey with a minor in Indigenous studies at the University of Montreal.
ISABELLE VINCE
Strategic communication, coaching, strategic management, agility and organizational development; Isabelle has a great amount of diversified experience acquired in multinationals and SMEs both at the local, national and international level. Coach AOS, author and lecturer at the School of Management of the University of Sherbrooke, she holds a bachelor's degree in business administration [B.A.A.] from the University of Sherbrooke and a master's degree in international studies [ M.Sc.] from the University of Montreal/HEC Montreal.
